PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
The project objective is the creation of European training modules and a European certification (project manager achievement level) to answer to the European labour market development throw the qualification transparency.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
to identify the European needs for the companies in term of skills and levels to reach to ensure the entirety of the constructive process
to identify at the European level the various existing trainings in wood construction in each partners country
To work out a European skills reference frame for the job identified like determinant in the European companies to develop the market of wood construction.
to write the European training modules to reach the level required
to work out the rules of a European certification to promote the transparency of the European qualifications.
Diffusion of the results and certification into the INNOVAWOOD network, organization in charge of the centralisation and management of this European certification
