Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs), Cadastral and landholders book and Operating closures for unprofitable assets

INL Bucharest has a wide experience in the drawing up of documentation for retechnologization, restructuring and privatisation and also for other situations (assessment of taxes for lands and buildings, obtaining of bank credits, splitting and merging of trading companies, operating closures, privatisation etc.).

In line with recent issues of legal regulations for increasing the output of trading companies at the European level INL is able to make a special offer for:

SMEs

Feasibility studies for modernisation of enterprises and for obtaining necessary bank credits.
These studies are aimed to improve the activity of these SMEs taking into consideration the significant facilities granted by law (exemption from duties for equipment and raw material, tax-free share of reinvested gross profit, profit tax reduction for export production).

Cadastral and landholders book

Technical documentation.
To enforce the Cadastral Law No: 7/1999 which became effective recently (01.07.1999) it is necessary to supply technical documentation for lands and buildings to wards County Cadastral Offices for registering in the landholders book.

The recent government decisions state precisely that assets non-registered in the landholders book are prevented from elienation. The ceasing in the payment of backlogs for purchase-sale contracts is also stipulated.

INL has a comprehensive database (implantation plans, layouts, ground surveys, buildings, shedules with all the necessary information) being able to carry out in a short time the requested technical documentation.

Operational closure of unprofitable assets

The government decision HG 450 from 10.06.1999 states the shortest terms for ascertaining the unprofitable assets (30 days) and also for the breaking of enterprises with high debts (60 days). Knowing that closed industrial units are sold and the employees are entitled for the payment of indemnities we are able to draw up urgently the necessary documentation.
